The use of digital music is almost a daily activity in my classroom, especially in the arts. This studio will allow me and the children to see and hear exactly what they are doing, as well as provide an example of their creative work. What becomes a problem is the fact that the memories never seem to last. Even though they are great about doing this, it is difficult for many of my students who have music only once or twice to remember the magic that they have made. By having a studio, they can carry that pride with them anywhere and show others what they accomplished, increasing their memory and pride! By donating to our project, you will not only help to improve and increase student attention and creativity, you will ultimately help to increase their self esteem. Students will be able to simply express themselves and not worry about forgetting what they have done. Plus in this technology literate world, any interaction with updated technology will increase their literacy as well as their desire to learn and use the new technology!
