My students have so much energy, that allowing them to keep moving WHILE learning, is so vital to ensuring that they make the necessary gains this year! With flexible seating as well as a few fidget toy options, I hope to be able to better equip my students with the tools they need to keep learning through their wiggles. When children are allowed to move their bodies and hands in appropriate ways, it helps to keep their brains on the class activity. By combining what I already have in my classroom (a bench and wood stumps) with the wobble chairs and fidgets, I hope that my children will all be able to find a seat/tool that makes them comfortable and READY TO LEARN!
