I returned to my classroom after 18 months and the temperature in my room is stifling. With masks on due to COVID Safety procedures, I would like my students to be comfortable. They have a lot of learning to catch up on! Living in the city of Detroit, they are already behind in their education and the pandemic really did us no favors. They deserve a great re-entry into school! In a comfortable classroom! I would like to put a portable air conditioner in my classroom. This would do wonders for their comfort level and make them feel loved and worth being comfortable.
