Stability balls will help students stay active and engaged when completing "seat" work. It also helps build core muscles, which helps to keep students alert and on task when working. These balls aren't used for "fun", instead they help students sit straight use all the muscles needed to tap into brain activity. The use of stability balls will help to improve concentration, stimulate muscle activity and help students to focus and attain longer throughout the day. There are so many benefits of stability balls. Another benefit is they will help to reduce daily behavior problems in the classroom because students can remain active and attentive.
