This new classroom carpet will help my students tremendously. I firmly believe that most of the learning happens on the carpet and having a brand new rug will provide my students a comfortable place to sit. My classroom is a community of learners and these learners need the proper space and area to do their best. Socializing in Kindergarten is immensely important and in every lesson that I teach my students are doing the talking. They are sharing their ideas not only to me, but to their classmates and they need to be close to one another to do this.
