As a new teacher of students with autism, I am in need of more technology integration, flexible seating, and classroom organization to structure the classroom to fit their individual needs. I want to expose students to different forms of technology and want to bring “Alexa” into the classroom as a resource for the students! My students are visual learners and would benefit from having guided instruction on a task through the use of a document camera that can be connected to our SmartBoard. In addition, our class is always in need of sensory integration, flexible seating, and organization to provide structure in the classroom.
