I am trying to bring more technology to my classroom. We use technology every day to learn new skills, reinforce skills taught and research topics of interest. My students are very engaged when I use technology. Most of my students do not have access to technology at home. Therefore, it is very important that they have opportunities to use technology at school. However, I only have three student computers and two iPads in my classroom. Since I usually have 18 students , most of them only get to use technology twice a week. I would like to increase my students use of technology by providing them with two more iPads. They will use the iPads to develop reading and math skills, as well as practice skills taught during whole group instruction.
