Having these groups of toys, fidgets and other resources will help develop a calming and fun environment for students to learn. It will allow my students to make choices to calm themselves and give them the sensory they need to be successful while in the classroom. These activities can be used in the classroom, in an assembly or just taking time in a quite space. The classroom these student have been working in have not been updated for quite a while and these things could make all the difference between a good and a bad day for my students.
