My students are a diverse bunch, both in their skills, interests, and passions and also in how they learn best. Some prefer sprawling out on the floor, some would rather stand, and some just need to move. The seating options in this project allow for my students to try out a variety of options to see which style helps them engage in their work best. This not only results in more growth throughout the year but also in helping them better understand who they are and their preferences for engaging work environments. Best of all, these seats will benefit many different groups of students as they move through our district from year to year.
