Having these five Chromebooks in the classroom will make our technology stations functional for daily use in all subjects. Giving each student the opportunity to use the more modern laptops as their peers has many advantages. One, ALL students will be able to follow along with lessons that involve technology. Two, this allows students to focus on themselves and developing their learning versus having to share or not having access to technology. Finally, our hope is that students may not have to bring in their own devices from home, which will lead to less distractions and unfair opportunities as well as keeping your property safe and secure at your house. Having a 1:2 ratio classroom in the 21st century is a necessity if we want our students to grow and be prepared for the real world; these Chromebooks will make that happen!
