By students having access to technology for completion of school work, they are exposed to many more skills in addition to their actual schoolwork. As a teacher, I will also have to see assignments while they are being done, the ability to oversee more than one student at a time with the work they are completing and quite honestly cut down on all the paper that is used in my classroom. These laptops will also give read along with capabilities to those students who may need it or who simply want to use that feature. This helps those students stay more focused and able to process their materials in a more efficient manner.
