These wonderful young student athletes are very determined to play tennis. The materials needed will greatly help improve their skills while allowing the girls to form friendships and lasting memories. The tennis disc will help the girls improve their strokes by having targets to aim for while practicing their tennis skills. This will help the girls work on many techniques such as their forehand, backhand, volley and overhead shots. Last season, the girls advanced and won their first ever play-off match in the school's history. The girls have dedicated this season to improve all their skills and not only to make it to play-offs again but to win the state title. They have worked throughout the year to prepare for this tennis season. In order to help achieve this goal, the tennis court equipment greatly needs to be improved. The squeegee roller, ball hopper, and score keepers are just a few necessary items that will help the team meet their goal.
