The science centers will facilitate a positive learning experience. All students will gain new vocabulary and reading comprehension skills. The science centers will improve understanding of science concepts. These skills can be carried through the other grades as a building block of knowledge for their future. These science materials will facilitate struggling readers in experiencing and discovering additional knowledge in science and language arts in their world around them. Their journey will be fun and creative as well as exploratory. This will allow students to interact with other peers and enjoy their learning both in the class and outside their own learning community. Their science and reading discovery experience will be a positive learning journey. Their science and language arts will improve their grades and help as stepping stones for the future science skills.
