These magazines are a fantastic way to enrich our school curriculum through an engaging nonfiction magazine. These magazines teach science and social studies content such as, habitats, getting along, following school rules, weather, fire safety, seed growth and so much more! Some are a simple story for the children to take home and read to their families. With online access coming with the magazines, the students can watch real videos of all the things mentioned! They can see science in action! There is also a game to play with each magazine to reinforce sight words, graphing, matching, and a whole lot more. The kids look forward each week to these learning opportunities and then take the magazine home to tell their families about what they learned. To see the class so excited about learning makes my heart so happy!
