My students read independently every day for 10 minutes. With these new books, my students will be able to choose from a variety of books that will allow them to read independently at their own grade level. We have a challenge to read more books than all the other grades this year, so my students are excited for the chance to win! Students have requested more diverse books, sport books, and poetry books. Many of my students claim to hate reading, so it's important to find a book for everyone. These books will provide more opportunities for students to connect with literature. Help my students love reading and become better readers.
