Chromebooks are great but imagine just using it soundless all the time because having 27/28 running at the same time is just too distracting for everyone when there's not enough headphones for everyone. For example, last year, even on testing time, students had to share and I like most teachers had to be on the mercy of some students bringing their own. Stress is high all the time or just had to manage on doing whole group when sound is involved via smartboard or projection from the teacher computer. It would be amazing to have supplies that are readily available to my students when they do need like a headphone. Middle school is tough but it can be a little easier with having headphones for most of our students. In a perfect world, all of them would have one handy in each of their classroom but this would be a great start in accomplishing that dream. I put asked for more so that I may share some with my colleague in my middle school wing. It would be such a blessing to also surprise some of them with their own class set of headphones for their classrooms.
