During centers in my classroom, many students are using the iPads, and computers to complete more engaging assignments. Because of multiple students using the devices, the use of headphones is essential for all students and having headphones that are easy to clean between uses is essential in the elementary classroom! My school currently requires the students to each provide their own headphones, which is difficult for parents to do in the community. Understandability, parents also do not want to spend a large amount on a pair of headphones, when they have other necessary school supplies to buy. A couple of quality headphones for my classroom would make it less stressful on my students and parents! It would also help my students who cannot bring in any headphones feel less awkward about having to ask to share headphones.
