Organization is a simple yet often overlooked skill. It's commonly believed that some people are "just born with it", while others struggle to find the balance in their daily lives. My students are in the same classroom for math, social studies, and science. This means that text books, notebooks, folders, and manipulatives float around the desk of every student. My goal is to model and teach organizational skill for my class every year because organization is a prerequisite for success. With a large classroom roster this year, that has become more challenging. Not having a storage unit in the classroom makes organization challenging. These chair pockets will keep everything on hand and in one place. Help me keep my students minds and desks free of clutter!
