I'd like to create a resource of Mindfulness materials that can be used to prompt children to learn about themselves and their feelings. These materials will support the introduction of Mindfulness Curriculum to young children in an exciting, fun and accessible way. These young students will learn mindfulness techniques that will assist them with emotional regulation and help them develop social and emotional skills that will help them develop strong and respectful relationships with one another. The Emotion Balls are used to prompt children to talk about emotions, coping mechanisms, develop empathy skills and expand their emotion vocabulary in a fun and playful manner.

About my class
