I really believe children learn through meaningful play. Children do not notice they are learning as they are playing and they are actually developing skills such as: exploring, experimenting, doing team work, and inquiring. Many of these hands-on manipulatives, educational games are essential part of their everyday learning and not many of my students have the opportunity to experience such play at their homes. Not only they look fun to play with but my students would really get a deeper understanding of what is being taught. Our classroom would benefit from this project as many of our manipulatives are made from make-and-takes. Please give my students the opportunity to experience a fun learning environment.
