This project will add more flexible seating; the bicycle pedals allow for the release of bursts of energy without leaving the academic environment. The bean bags and clipboards with provide quieter independent learning spaces in the classroom. Students can take a clipboard anywhere in the room that they feel inspired to work in. These resources will facilitate independent and social interaction development skills both in and out of the classroom. When we go outside for our extra morning recess there is no equipment to engage their minds. The recess equipment I'm requesting will keep the students excited and engaged during that time. The long jump rope requires a team of 3 to work together while the balls and cones create friendly competition opportunities.
