My students will use these materials to learn different forms of art. The students will be doing Mosaic art with mixed media paper, draw nature scenery with pastel chalk, sculpting prehistoric animals with play doh, yarn ornaments for the holiday season, tissue flowers for mother's day, and 3-D Art with water colors. The students will also learn about the history of Mosaic art, famous sculptors and painters, how and who invented play doh and how 3-D art helped changed the art world. Quality materials will encourage students within their creative process. My students are encouraged to imagine, create, discover, and most importantly have fun.
