We love books in our classroom and read for a at least a half hour every day. Without independent reading time, my students feel unfulfilled. Books transport us to new worlds and give us new dreams to chase. "A book is a dream you hold in your hand," Neil Gaiman. My students are absolutely in love with books, and we need to keep building our classroom library. These books will be a perfect addition. Books like Dog Man and Mercy Watson will engage my students and help them develop as readers. "Reading should not be presented to children as a chore, a duty. It should be offered as a gift," Kate DiCamillo My students love getting lost in books and need a vibrant, modern and engaging classroom library. Your support will be crucial as we continue on our way to becoming great readers and develop our love of reading. Thank you for considering our project!
