This equipment will be instrumental in motivating my students to engage in fitness activities and health-related games. Specifically, the equipment will be used to enhance health-related and skill-related components including but not limited muscle building and endurance, body composition, balance, and agility. In addition, the bean bag veggies and fruits will aid the students in identifying healthy food choices and understanding the importance of a well balanced diet. Students with disabilities are twice as likely to develop future health-related issues. One of the factors contributing to this is the lack of fitness and health knowledge, and applying it to real-life situations. These individuals are capable of acquiring the knowledge needed to achieve healthy living and the confidence to apply this knowledge independently.
