The use of dollhouse materials is a daily activity in my classroom, especially in imaginary play. When using the dollhouse model in engaging in symbolic play it helps children relate to their everyday life. These materials will make a huge difference in our classroom to help the children with exploring diversity and understanding cultures in a positive learning approach. The materials will help create an expanding expressive vocabulary that will give them the ability to grow and develop. The children will be able to increase their fine motor skills by maniuplating the materials and also create realtionships with their peers through play.
