As our attention has veered into students social emotional learning it has been found that students with anxiety and ADHD learn better with outside learning opportunities. Providing this area with picnic tables will allow students to decrease their stress levels, improve communication skills, and increase community involvement. Students will have a great experience enjoying the outdoors while learning content that they will connect with real-world issues. Our students will have a safe area where they will collaborate with their peers, this area will also improve their overall health, and offer teachers a place to where their teaching can become hands-on.

About my class
