The past two years have been extremely stressful for my students. I have seen an increase in behaviors in my classroom and in our school that are a direct result of Covid-19, masks, social distancing, and the stresses that have fallen upon students and their families. My students need help with their social-emotional processing. These tools will help them to regulate their emotions and frustrations, and teach them coping strategies. When my students can feel calm, safe, and happy, they will have improved focus and a better ability to learn.

About my class
