My students will greatly benefit from a magnetic white board easel. Students will be able to experience several different lessons by using this easel. The easel itself will allow for lessons using "big" books for reading language arts along with science and social studies lessons. I will also be able to hang pocket charts from the easel that can be used across all subject areas. The easel and magnetic white board will help foster a "community" type feeling in our classroom when used for circle/calendar/sharing time. With the availability of having a magnetic white board easel, I will be able to gather my students in a common "community" area. In this "community" area, we will read books, have circle time, sharing time, among numerous character building and academic activities that will foster a sense of growing together!
