My students have behavior issues that make it difficult to sit still and sit in traditional seating. By giving them options, I am hoping to create a calmer and more comfortable classroom that not only promotes their learning, but also their sense of community and getting along with others. We work as a group and often independently. Having options and different areas to work will make it better to accommodate individual needs. This classroom hasn't changed in the 19 years I have been here, and could use some new changes. Thank you for considering us, we are excited to LEARN.
