My students are a special group of kids. I would like to give them access to a color printer. Seeing things in color can often increase engagement and even make learning seem more real. With the use of this technology, I would be able to create centers that are more engaging for my kids. Because this printer is an Eco Tank, I wouldn't have to be worried about running out of ink and would be able to print more of what my students need. With an increase in engagement will also come an increase in learning. Having a color printer would increase my students' skills using technology. They would be able to use the color printer to print off papers that they have done research on or reading topics that they may be researching. This will help add a little bit of energy and excitement to the classroom, which is key in the learning of young students.
