This camera will make a huge impact in my classroom because it will help to create tutorials in HD for my students that will partner with the lessons they are being taught. Each time students are introduced to a new topic in visual art we use the gradual release model (I do, you do, we do) at which I often directly model how to do the techniques to students. Students then recall the technique demo and being practicing it by implementing it in their work. This will allow my students to personalize their learning by being able to flow through the tutorials at their own pace; being able to pause, fast forward, and rewind to build to mastery of the techniques being taught. Having this camera would allow me to photograph project samples, film tutorials, photograph student's work at a high quality for their portfolios, and share students work digitally.
