The materials chosen for my supplies list serve a very important role in the classroom. Bookshelves and storage cabinets are amazing homes for books and they help keep my classroom library organized! Above all that, the bean bags, chairs, and futon serve the purpose of creating a safe space for readers to digest their book, and vacate elsewhere in a comfortable setting. Students deserve a comfortable and welcoming environment to learn and grow. Rather if it's for silent reading, working in groups, or just changing their environment, even the littlest thing can have the biggest impact on a student's will to learn! With the hopes of completing my classroom library, I wish for my students to enjoy the simple pleasures that can drastically impact their learning experience.
