Technology is the future. In order to be successful one needs to understand technology. Technology offers us a window into the world, allowing us to explore things beyond our grasp. When I was in school you needed to be able to use a desktop computer, now it is chromebooks. Currently we have no technology in our classroom for the my kids to use. We do not have a computer lab or technology department. With 4 new chromebooks my students can build their math fluency using many of the amazing apps and have fun while learning through technology. They can compete with each other and it will be an interactive way to improve math skills. These chromebooks would not sit on a shelf and collect dust. They will change my students education experience, allowing them to explore the world around them, that otherwise they would never experience. Your donation will change my students' education for the better. The chromebooks will get my students excited for school and the next activity which involves using them. This donation will give my students the ability to complete research for projects. It will also allow my students to increase their math, reading, spelling, and grammar skills through the use of the many, many apps available to them.
