Distance can’t and won’t stop us! My amazing students have been trying their best to adjust to a life of learning outside of school. The transition was quick and far from easy. But, my students never gave up! Throughout the process of distance-learning, my students, my parents, and my coworkers tried many different ways to make instruction easy and efficient while online. However, I teach fourth grade and there’s only so much we can talk about. I have done a lot of research on the best ways to instruct students virtually and these three items are the result of my research. These products allow me to read, write, and take notes with my students. The Apple tablet and pad can allow me to dynamically annotate readings and writing while still broadcasting my camera with students. The Document camera will allow me to show the pages of stories and articles we read much like I would in class so my students can follow along and take their own notes! It will be invaluable to us!
