The 5K display of an iMac is uniquely different than anything my students have access to in the classroom, at home, or elsewhere in their community. Having seen the power of the iMac's display in my previous teaching opportunities, I am hopeful that my new students will have this same opportunity. Some favorite videos I've shown former students in 5K: -Drone footage of a nuclear icebreaker in the Arctic -Planet Earth clips of nature in slow motion, around the world -Live footage from the International Space Station -Real photos from electron microscopes, showing the best image ever taken of a real cell
