Each of my 230 students will have a ballet unit. Executing the steps without the accompaniment of music losses the magic, majesty, and beauty of a ballet class. The iPod will allow students to be transported and transformed by the classical music filling the dance studio. Similarly, the iPod can capture current music to engage my students in more traditional dance styles while utilizing more recent music selections. Creating an authentic experience is founded upon access and the ability to utilize a multitude of music selections. This is why we need an iPod (and protective case) for our dance class.

About my class
