The marching band is continuing to grow every year. With each season, the percussion section stays a popular destination for many students. The years have been kind to our marching drums, and although our snare drums don't look nearly as good as they did in the pictures outside the band room from 20 years ago, it is time to retire them. We desperately need new marching snare drums to help our band grow. The drums will be used almost daily and will be used at Friday night football games, marching band competitions, as well as local community parades. Some of my percussionists have gone on to perform with colleges, universities, and World Class Drum and Bugle Corps.
