Teaching art is often thought of as only markers, crayons and paper. I would like to bring the world of digital art to my students using drawing tablets. My few students who do have access to a drawing tablet rave about how great it would be if all art students could have access. Lessons that incorporate the digital arts are something students relate to. Using technology in our art room would make pursing an art career much more realistic. By creating lessons based on technology, students would be able to see real world applications for their creativity and talent.
