Escape rooms add excitement and competition while learning information and allowing student that may not be test takers show what they know. I will have students work in small groups to review key concepts. The information they've learned will help them solve puzzles that lead to combinations to unlock the locks. By having the ability to work in small groups, each student will be responsible for being a contributing member of the group. Knowing my students learning styles helps me differentiate types of puzzles and questions to keep the students engaged in their learning. Why not have fun while learning?!
