These materials will help make a difference for my students because it allows for flexible seating, motivational posters, and organization. Working with students that have academic and behavior challenges is difficult. This project will help motivate and encourage them to do their best daily. Flexible seating allows students to have a break from the traditional desk and student chairs. The posters I have requested have motivational phrases and saying that can encourage them to keep going when they feel like giving up. The organization cart will help them keep track of their assignments which will lead to better academic performance.
