These printing plates will allow my students to try a new medium in their visual art class. My students are so creative and look forward to coming to art every day, because in my class they get a chance to relax and express themselves differently than in their core subjects. I'm always looking for ways to enhance their art experiences and give them new things to try! I am planning a unit on texture and color and these will definitely help out!! Instead of just the regular lesson on texture, I want to give my students a chance to use something new. We can print basically any pattern or texture using acrylic paint and stamps or texture plates and the Gelli printing plates.

About my class
