Preschool is all about learning through exploration and many of these items will allow my students to explore through materials that are currently not available in my classroom. My math center is in need of some additional games and activities that can be found in my list to excite students about math and beginning skills. A big need in my classroom is multicultural books that will continue to help students see themselves in books and materials. These books are newer and would be a great addition to our classroom as I teach my students about families and communities. I am also a new teacher so a few of these items would be things that would really help me to add to my classroom environment. I have purchased many materials for my classroom, as well as received materials from the school. I would appreciate the opportunity to add adaptive scissors for my students with special needs working on cutting skills, as well as more pillows to add to my cozy corner to make the classroom even more inviting and welcoming for my sweet students.
