The use of the tablets in the classroom will provide opportunities for student to build their language skills through the use of technology. The portability of the tablets will allow students to be able to work in the classroom in an area that is most comfortable for them. Using flash card apps on the tablet will help my English Language Learners to have the tools that they need for translations and to also play/use apps in their Native language. The tablets in the classroom would be extremely helpful because it would allow them to be designated for literacy practice. Tablets will benefit all of the students in the classroom because each child can use apps to work on the skills that they may need additional support.
