As a PBIS (Positive Behavior Intervention & Supports) school, we focus on PRIDE - Positive, Respectful, Involved, Determined, and Excellent. Students earn tickets when they are showing PRIDE throughout the day in the classroom, hallways, on the bus, on the playground, etc. When students in grades 3-5 earn 50 PRIDE tickets, they are able to visit our Lions Den as a reward for being awesome. The Lions Den, sadly, is greatly lacking in age-appropriate fun for our upper grade students. We need to warm up the room with a color carpet and add some games that students will want to play. If the room is more appealing, we know our students will work even harder to earn PRIDE tickets.
