Guided reading is a huge focus on our campus and I want to create a space where students will be excited to sit and learn. My guided reading center is starting out from scratch, so I don't have any books to get us started. I want to incorporate flexible seating at this center because I think it will help with the wiggles and stress of learning how to read. By donating to this project you will allow me to create an environment where students want to learn and help foster a love for reading while giving them a space to sit that keeps them engaged.
