Since the Performing Arts and Theatre classes will all take place on the stage in the school auditorium, it is important that my students have a class environment that matches both their learning styles and theatre's engaging qualities. My students will benefit from flexible seating because they will be provided with a comfortable way to learn and engage in classroom activities! Having a classroom that is welcoming and comfortable encourages students to be creative and stay motivated! Students learn best when their comfort level is increased, and these flexible seating options will give my students an option of comfort in our unconventional classroom. Comfort in the classroom means that students will be calm, focused, and productive. I hope that my project goal can be reached in order for my students and my program to grow!
