This project will impact students in many ways. The decodable readers and supplies will help improve student phonics skills which increase their ability to read. These books will be used in small group instruction and in a take-home library. Keeping a child's mind and body healthy is essential to learning. Giving students an opportunity to learn how to cardio drum, will give students an opportunity to learn rhythm while exercising. This will be a fun way to motivate students and build unity within our school. The cardio drums can be used during recess, music and PE times.
