Flexible seating allows middle school scholars to make decisions and feel more comfortable while they are learning. Scholars are able to have a variety of seating options and explore what works best for them. Flexible seating has been proven to help scholars focus for longer periods of time, which leads to higher academic achievement and increases positive behavior. Being able to do this increases oxygen flow to the brain, blood flow, and core strength. This helps our scholars burn increases metabolism. It also helps keep scholars alert and focused. Reading interesting material in a relaxing environment makes readers become a leader.
