At Charleston Elementary STEAM Academy, it is our goal to give all students a chance at success. We want to provide as many modes of hands on learning as possible. In my classroom my students are in need of more devices to further their educational path. Access to more devices will enable my students to have better access to our curriculum. It depends heavily upon technology!! My students are expected to be computer literate in order to access and do their tests and quizzes. They are learning to do 21st Century writing, log-in to math and reading programs for small groups, and use online resources for their projects. With the use of these Chromebooks my students can connect to the web, collaborate with their peers, as well as increase their overall understanding of technology.
