We like to teach our students activities that will maximize participation and excite them about being active. We encourage time tested team sports and individual activities but when possible we like to get student's involved in new activities that are also relevant to their lives like spike ball. Spikeball is a new sport that is taking the world by storm and we want to teach our students these skills to encourage physical activity, not only at school, but to promote physical fitness at home as well! Research shows that when students are physically active they are more engaged in their overall education. We teach to the whole child to promote lifelong learning.
